A few weeks after I made my purchase for one of their models, I reached out to see if they could send the item to my US P.O. Box to cut down on shipping and import fees. At first, they said no, but then one of their helpful team members decided to go ahead and ship it to my US address anyway. I’m really happy they did that. If it had gone to Canada, I would’ve been waiting an extra 6 weeks to get it! When I finally unwrapped the gift box, I was super pleased with what I received!
